His dedication to world travel and cultural exploration has shaped a philosophy that draws from traditions and techniques across continents, delivering unforgettable dining experiences wherever he works.
In recent years, he has channeled that expertise into private chef services, catering, and property management — offering clients a fully personalized experience built on decades of professional knowledge and creative vision.

From owning and operating his own restaurants to working aboard super mega yachts, his journey has taken him across the globe — immersing himself in diverse food cultures and refining his craft in some of the most demanding kitchens in the world.

As an Advanced Sommelier and seasoned beverage professional, Scott has managed Grand Award-winning wine lists and spent more than 15 years curating nightly tasting menu pairings at some of the industry’s most respected dining destinations. His expertise extends far beyond wine, having also consulted on and developed craft cocktail programs and beverage menus for national hotel and restaurant groups. From luxury resorts and destination restaurants to major culinary events and private experiences, his approach combines sophistication, creativity, and genuine hospitality. Today, Scott brings that extensive experience into the private hospitality space through bespoke beverage services, curated wine-paired dinners, luxury catering experiences, and concierge-level guest hospitality. Whether leading an intimate private dinner, creating custom wine pairings, or designing elevated cocktail experiences for luxury events, his focus remains the same — delivering polished, personalized service that transforms every gathering into an unforgettable experience.
